Escape From Tarkov is easily my favourite video game at the moment. Its a mix of immersive tactical shooter and rpg set in a rich world of adrenaline fueled danger. The game has just received a massive update and I wanted to celebrate this with a modelling and painting project.
The starting point as a beatifully detailed Legend Productions figure with extra bits from Live resin and Mini Art.
I wanted to create a custom face so sculpted that from green stuff, as well as adding the tourniquet around his leg.
The base scenery was created mostly from scratch except for the beer bottle and grass. I wanted to give a snapshot of the environment of tarkov, a weathered urban environment.
Painting the miniature was made significantly easier due the the crisp lines of the sculpt and the amount of symbolism in the World of Tarkov.
Thanks for looking and ill definitely be doing some more Tarkov characters in the future.
